Luxos Return & Refund Policy

At Luxos, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our policy below:

1. Return Window: Customers must report any issues with their order within 24 hours of receipt.

1. Return Process: Returns are only accepted in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you wish to return an item, please do so when our delivery representative is present.

1. Refund Policy: Once the product has been received and accepted, we do not accept any requests for refunds. However, you can exchange your product for another item.

1. Return Charges:
   • Within Dhaka: 70 Taka
   • Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka
