1. Introduction

Luxos offers a variety of bags designed for various purposes. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Luxos. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment
We offer a cash-on-delivery payment method. Full payment is required upon delivery of the product.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window: Customers must report any issues with their order within 24 hours of receipt.
  Return Process: Returns are accepted only in the presence of the delivery personnel.
  Refund Policy: We do not accept refunds after products are received. However, you may exchange your product for another item.
  Return Charges:
  Within Dhaka: 70 Taka
  Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

7. Limitation of Liability
Luxos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms
Luxos reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
